Titans Swim at Long Course Meet in Sudbury

titanslogoThis past weekend the North Bay Titans swim club sent nearly 40 swimmers to Sudbury to participate in the final NEOR Developmental meet of the season.

Nine year old Ryan Tom brought home 4 first place performances and shaving time off each one to earn him personal best times as well. Tom also swam to 4th in the 50m breaststroke.

Other Titans swimming to first place finishes were Steve Cholette, Dylan Jackson, Katherine Tripp, Quinn Schroeder and Megan Tom.

Second place swims went to Katelynn Hitchcock and Evan Kilroy while Renee Gagnon swam to three third place finishes.

Many Titans swam very well over the course of the weekend earning themselves new personal best times. Going best times were Xander Barrett, Emily Bolan, Jacob Brost, Aurora Buckley, Olivia Gagnon, Dalton Houlder, Chloe Hunt, Julie Jonescu, Sheldon Kilroy, William Mitchell, Hailey Passmore, Madison Piper, Talia Preston, Emma Ringette, Ayden Ryk, Karly Saile, Noah Swain, Savanah Thibeault, Jennifer Tripp, Jenna Wall and Regine Wyss.

World Trials

Meanwhile, Titan swimmer Brittany Pask, was on the other side of Canada swimming in the World Trials. Pask swam to a personal best time of 2:31.14 in the 200m backstroke event.
